When will I receive the product after placing an order?

The processing for order will take a minimum of 48 business hours Processing + Delivery Days usually takes 4-6 business days to reach your location. However, it can get delayed if there are sudden restrictions in the delivery location. Express delivery available on special requests and charges.

Is COD payment available?

No, since all our product are handmade and made to order, at present we do not offer COD

How to cancel my order?

The customer can cancel the order within 1-2 hours after placing an order. The order once shipped cannot be cancelled

What is the return policy?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases as all products are custom made to order.

If the product received by you is in a damaged condition or has a manufacturing defect, you have to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Upon approval, we will have the damaged item collected and replace such product or provide store credit for the same.
